After coming to this world

After coming to this world, I know that there is a beauty called nature. We see the sun shining, we hear the birds singing, we watch the trees growing, and we feel the seasons changing. We will never know who indeed create this wonderful scenery; we only know that we must protect this beauty, to enjoy everything good of the nature.

After coming to this world, I know that there is an inspiration called art. We can go to Barcelona to enjoy the masterpieces that Picasso has given us; we can go to Amsterdam to feel the different colours of Van Gogh’s life; we can go to Vienna to enjoy the classical music cliques of Europe; we can go to Prague to hear the rhythm of Vltava River. We use art to satisfy our psychological and hearing purposes, we use art to get to know others’ feelings. Art is a miracle.

After coming to this world, I know that there is a sensation called adoration. Why we care so much for a person who has no relationship with us? Somebody says we are stupid enough. While we know having an idol in our heart is nothing wrong. Because we need someone to encourage our study and living, to let our inner world become more colourful. Maybe who we love is someone we can’t meet all our lives. But if they deserve to be loved, we can show our adoration, and we like this sensation.

After coming to this world, I know that there is a faith called never give-up. A football fan must remember this miracle night in Istanbul, 2005.When Liverpool football team was 3 nil down, who could tell they will revive? But they scored, and the second, and the third, they equalized, and they win the penalty shootout, finally got the Champions League Cup. This miracle happened, because they had their faith all the time. No matter what the score is like, they never give up.

After coming to this world, I know that there is a will called adamancy. We still have a strong memory of the earthquake happened in Sichuan Province last year. We experienced shock, we experienced sorrow, and we experienced touch. Everyone was eager to help, everyone had a will. We were facing the strongest task, but we weren’t scare of it. Chinese people never lack of adamancy. We can never be beaten.

After coming to this world, I know that there is a strength called love. Love is something without reasons. Love is a kind of strength. It gives us desire and confidence; it purifies our soul; it lightens our road; it lets us become emotional. Let the world filled with love, love is strong enough to help us overcome everything.

After coming to this world, I know what we are living for. We are living for these，these great things that the god has given us.

Love is a choice

As the Bible says Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Why does the Bible instruct us that love always protects, always trusts, always hopes and always preserves? Because god knows, we are the only one who own chances to choose to love.

What is love? As one of the most commonly asked questions around the world, it confuses many people, we spend countless hours wondering what love really is. In my opinion, love is a process when we are constantly making choices, and the choices we make are beneficial to our family and our community. Love is not simply an event that happens to us, but actually, we are all given circumstances to love, every day of our lives.

Love is something we choose to do. We thank god for giving us the power to make the choice to love. We choose to love the nature; we choose to love our countries; we choose to love our families; we choose to love our teachers; we choose to love our friends; and we choose to love ourselves. We choose to love everything good in the world. The more we choose to love, the more we will understand the meaning of love in all relationship, the better we will be able to sustain and improve in this society.

Sometimes the choices can be easy to make, when feelings and actions make love easily; sometimes the choices can be hard to make, when hurt and disappointment loom large. But the choices of love are always ours to make.

To choose to love, is the attitude, definition and belief that we use to determine our expectations and perspectives in life, and it’s also one of the basic principles of living.

I live in this loving world, and I choose to love it.

Pets are important for people to be happy and healthy

We strongly insist that pets are important for people to be happy and healthy. They can help us on a mental, physical and emotional level. They can do lots of things which the human beings can’t do. And here’re the following reasons.

Firstly, owning a pet can help keep down stress levels, help us prevent heart disease and depression. Pet owners are less likely to suffer anxiety, loneliness and have more confidence than people without pets. According to the scientists from Cambridge University, families who own a pet visit their doctors less often than those who don't.

Secondly, pets make us happy in many ways. When you come home, it’s great to see your pets waving their tales instead of an empty house. They love to play with us, and this make us feel special. We be ourselves in front of them, we tell them our innermost secrets and admit our fears. We confide our mistakes and share our desires. They’re always there listening to us, but never get bored.

Thirdly, pets are great companions for people. There is a way especially for the elderly to find new meaning in their lives. A pet can offer them a sense of well being, a sense of encouragement, and even a reason for living, and those make them remain active and healthy.

Lastly, pets are natural teachers. They help people of all ages learn about what is responsibility, loyalty, caring, sharing, and unconditional love, and these are particularly essential to a child's healthy development.

We do admit that pets have brought us trouble sometimes, but just because of these disadvantages, we can take our chances to get more enjoyment through dealing with them. Even a slightest help the pets have done for us, they’re indispensable. So we stick on the point that pets are important for people to be happy and healthy.

The distance between love and hate

When I was sitting by the window, I liked turning aside and watching outside, there’s another teaching building of our school, only a corridor away. That building was for Senior 3 students, who are already on their way to the society. I could see their door easily, as their classroom was just the opposite to mine, but one stair down. I could see them clearly when they went out of their classroom. I saw them walking around, I saw them bending over the sill, I saw them hugging. I smiled, it’s good to see someone you know living in a love river. I waved to them, they saw me and then waved back. God bless you and hope you two can reach the final. It’s always painful that meeting someone you love but you can’t be together.

He’s a boy who’s growing together with me. And she’s a girl studying in the same class with him. I don’t know how they started but I can tell they had a really good memory together.

She used to ask me what food he liked and what he disliked; she used to give me a broom and let me beat him as much as I could; she used to puzzle that what kind of present she can give him and ask me for help, about 3,000 RMB; she used to tell me she wanted a trip to Japan, with him; she used to say that she wish he were a doll so that she could hold him in her arm forever; she admitted she loved him.

He was thankful. He said he was thankful that she told him to study hard and not to sleep in class; he said he was thankful that she sent messages to him when he had nothing to do, even if there were only some funny emoticons; he said he was thankful that when she was not happy, the first one she could think of was him; he said he was thankful that she kept saying“good night” to him every day; he said he was thankful that she sang to him every song she liked; he said he was thankful that she told him about her future, even if some was ridiculous; he said he was thankful that she told him she was thankful too and she cared about him; he said he was thankful that she told him she wanted to be with him.

What a romantic story.

When just 3 days before the College Entrance Examination，she sent me a message that she broke up with him, and she hated him. She said he was a cheat. She quarreled with him sometimes, but he paid no attention to it. She found he had a special relationship with another girl. She cried and was very painful I can tell. What happened…Is it so easy from loving a person to hating a person? How…so quickly with no sign for me. I could hardly imagine that. I could remember her lovely smile when he was next to her. Now, it’s gone.

When I was still confusing, she contacted me again the day after that day. She said she was a little regret, she was so emotional that she lost her temper that day. She said she still cared about him. And she wanted me to make a phone call to him to let him relax and give some instructions of the exam, she doesn’t want him hear her voice. Yes, maybe when she calmed down, she realized something she had lost. She thought she could forget him but she failed. She wanted him to be happy and helped him silently. I won’t make any predictions about them, I just hope the ones who loved can be together.

Hope both of them do their best at the biggest exam, today and tomorrow.

The thing that Liverpool has brought us, which the magnificent cannot deliver, is the conviction of revive, is the desire for the victory, is the courage when facing the dream. It will never lack its faithful fans supporting it, saying "You'll never walk alone".

For these decades, the charm of the song never falls down. Every time the Liverpool players walk out of the channel toward the pitch, all of the Liverpool fans would stand there, focus on singing the team song solemnly. And the stage has already become a sea of red. No matter Liverpool is taking the lead, racing behind, or drawing, no matter the match is just started or near the end, the song is always reverberated in every corner of the stadium.
